Suzan and I migrated to Canada from Nigeria in January 2012 with our four children, and we now call Edmonton home. Migrating to Canada and living in the beautiful City of Edmonton is our best decision.

As an actively engaged member of the Edmonton community, I volunteer at Rhema Chapel, where I worship. I also volunteer at Rhema Food Bank, Edmonton Mennonite Centre, ASSIST Community Services Centre, United Way of Edmonton, and my local community league.

I am a committed conservative and an early supporter of the provincial conservative unity campaign who actively embraced, supported, and promoted Jason Kenney’s Party leadership.

I was the official candidate of the United Conservative Party (UCP) in the 2019 Alberta election. However, I lost the election narrowly with 43% to the incumbent (NDP), who had 46% of the total votes.

I also offered strong and positive leadership in support of Andrew Scheer during the Conservative Party of Canada’s (CPC) leadership race in 2017 within the Edmonton community. I was part of the group that was recognized for selling the largest number of memberships in Alberta.

During the 2020 CPC Leadership race, I worked as a volunteer on Dr. Leslyn Lewis’ Campaign.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria. I am also a Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

As a Chartered accountant with project management expertise, my career experience spans private and public sectors, including banking, information technology, distribution, insurance, education and government.
